There are no refunds for Original work. If damage occurs to an original piece please be sure to notify local post office and artist with photos of original packaging and damaged piece. A claim will be filed with the postal service used. 

Please be sure to make sure shipping address is up to date when purchasing items whether prints or originals. Artist is not responsible for keeping track of address malfunction. 

Shipping for prints:

Most Prints take anywhere from 5-10 business days to get to me. From there I package and ship them out at the first available friday or monday. We are not responsible for shipping damage. If you however want to add additional insurance on your print please message me. Additional shipping fees apply. 

Refunds on prints will be given in a timely fashion if the order exceeds the turnaround time. However, prints are ordered from a printing company out of state and somethings are out of the artists control. 

Refunds for portraits are as follows. There are no full refunds for portraits unless they exceed passed a 24  week time. Partial refunds will be given if the buyer and artist can not agree on a final outcome of finished product. This is a case by case scenario. 

Once portraits ship the artist is not responsible for lost items or damaged items. 

FLASH SALE items: with concerning flash sale purchase's these items can take 1-4 weeks to Be shipped. The reason for this is that during these sales we get a huge number of sales. It takes time to process, package and ship the times. If refund is desired a full refund can be given if it exceeds the 5 week mark. Please be sure to message the artist If the delay occurs and you would like a refund.
